searched on the Internet for several years, online job searching
has started to extend to the executive ranks
Previously,
executives, from middle managers on up, may have scoffed at
searching online, job recruiters say. Thats changing
as the Internet pervades work lives, as the way people manage
their careers changes and as more executive-level job Web
site are launched
All you do is write an e-mail and attach a resume.
There is an efficiency associated with it, and that efficiency
really drives the change
According to a Lee Hecht Harrison survey, 42 percent
of job seekers who earned more than $150,000 landed interviews
by searching online
