Our Guarantee

SearchPro, Inc. has a guarantee which goes into effect the first day of a candidate's employment and continues for sixty calendar days. If within 60 days a candidate proves unsatisfactory, we will prorate the fee against any future placements with your company unless one of the following has occurred:

• A substantive change in the original job description;
• Compensation misrepresented by employer or compensation reduced by employer after candidate's start date;
• Employer changes original geographic location requiring employee to relocate;
• Dismissal of candidate due to a reduction in the work force or as a result of job discontinuance by employer.

If a candidate accepts any position with an employer or its affiliates within one year after our most recent conversation regarding such candidate, the full fee for that position is due and payable to SearchPro, Inc. Similarly, a fee is due to SearchPro, Inc., by your company if your company refers our candidate to another employer who hires the candidate.
